Throughout my 16 year involvement in the property and construciton industry I have always been a quantity surveyor first. Property Development and Entreprenuership were a bolt on from this core skill that I have mastered.
DEVELOPMENT APPRAISALS
On any project my business and many if not all of my clients always seek to maximise profit from a development or any opportunity. Having sound knowledge in collating an appraisal for development can quickly inform whether a site is potentially viable or not.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Having a thorough understanding and skill to take a project from inception to completion is critical in all I do. Sometimes it not knowing it all but understanding how all the peices fit together that is key. I do this very expertly through experience and my mastery of this has served me well.
